The time may come when you need a little divine intervention. The Gods of Valheru are merciful and will gladly help with problems you encounter in the game. Please remember that the gods cannot help you with questions such as "Where can I find XYZ?", "What are the best leggings for a level 35 mage?", "Transfer me to Satan?", etc. To answer this sort of question, or to assist in this manner would be to interfere in the path of mortal destiny, ask your fellow players instead.
What we can on the other hand help with is "There was a crash and my belongings dissapeared!", "Why am I wearing slime on my head?", "I am level 3 and number one in the top 100, I think its a bug...", "My friend is grouped with 6 of his own characters, is that allowed?". I think you get the picture...

Use this list to find the lowest level immortal with the skills to assist you, avoid asking gods for help on issues that you see they are unable to resolve. In practise this means, try not to ask the admins for a rename, or the builders to renew your membership.
